Digital Residency- Hana Pokojna- Finished Pieces
The past two weeks were an amazing opportunity to try new media, use the skills I already have, and apply them to landmarks around Glasgow. Overall, the digital residency offered by Salt Space provided me with my first ever artist residency and it also offered an option of how the artist residencies will function in the foreseeable future due to the current situation.
In the final pieces, I have stuck to my own sketchy style. I am not much of a painter, but it was a great fun to play around with acrylics paints, later with acrylic pens, and canvas.
While the finished work is pretty simple, in terms of using solid primary colours and no shading, a lot of work went into it.
The finished pieces are presented below.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Salt Space Cooperative for giving me the time and space on their platform to create this project and document the process.
Thank you once again,
Hana
