'Fracture Of One' Balancing Art Showcase Round Three

'Fracture of One' was the third showcase from our Balancing Art Collaborative Residency with members Fibi Cowley, Thyme James and India Boxall. The cumulative show presented work created as part of their residency time with us and in collaboration with each other for the past three weeks while working in our gallery space. 
 
For this paid residency SaltSpace members were invited to apply as an individual artist to be selected for a collaborative residency, bringing together two or three artists from different creative backgrounds to collaborate on a project which would culminate into a showcase such as an exhibition, product, film, performance or workshop. The residency encouraged members who were currently needing a new perspective, challenge or inspiration to take their work in a new direction. It is an opportunity for members to engage with each other while also bridging the gap between different specialisms and mediums, especially after isolation during Covid19!
